Never thought I would learn so much about Peter Segal’s bowels! Overall funny, didn’t always love the way he talked about running (definitely some remnants of an unhealthy relationship with exercise)

I enjoyed this book. As a long time listener to Wait, Wait Don't Tell, Peter Sagal's voice come through in his writing. This isn't a how to run book but more a story of his running journey. Very enjoyable.

I enjoyed this book mostly because of how much I like Peter Sagal (especially on WWDTM). The stories about the Boston marathon were fascinating. Overall though, there was too much running for me (yes, I know, I should’ve expected that), too much unhealthy relationship with food/body/exercise (though he does confront it head on), and too much inspiration exploitation of people with disabilities.
