Years ago, I was really into memoirs from comedians, and it turned into a genre rut. I'm so glad I came back to this genre and get to know Cristela. She has such talent, wit, and heart, and has been through so much. Her admiration for the Golden Girls made me smile, and the bond between her and my mother made me teary eyed.
