Well dang! This book took me by surprise. Started it yesterday and flew through it! Yes it was very spicy but it also had a great story, unlike some dark romance books. A mashup of romance, mystery and thriller! I really enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to reading book 2 because of that cliffhanger!

I thought this would be darker and more of a forbidden romance but I did enjoy it. I liked the mystery but I’m not sure if I’ll continue since this most likely could be wrapped up as a duet and it’s a trilogy. It is instalust and is borderline instalove

I don’t know why I thought I’d be into this. It’s the same dominant male trope as always see. Bored. I only looked into it because I saw the sequel was releasing soon.

a fun spicy read!
i love the characters
I was confused when i saw how much was left and nothing was resolved so then finish on a cliffhanger and realize there’s two more books!
