It’s great that this gorgeous movie was made into a book. This was a pretty direct and surface-level notation of the movie, so I might have rather just actually read the film script, or a book with many creative liberties to expand upon the characters. But, it’s 3.5 worthy because it’s a great story. Why the hell did they make Knox more problematic in the book than the film?

This book was based on the film, which I loved.
However it wasn't well written, I only felt the emotions when I remembered how it looked like in the film.
When I saw Neil smile, I thought that his smile lit up the whole room etc., but in the book it just said he smiled. The chemistry between the characters was missing too.
It should have been way longer, telling us details and everything.
And to add, some if my favourite scenes were missing, like what?
