The Mist
- spooky, I liked the monster in this one.
- felt like the cheating side romance thing was a bit unnecessary, they could’ve taken Amanda just because; they didn’t have to both commit adultery.
- i much prefer the book ending being ambiguous. i’m choosing to believe they got to safety.

- since when has going to the bathroom been embarrassing lol all those kids also have to pee sometimes.
- felt more goose bumpy than adult horror. was there supposed to be a metaphor there?

The first book I got ever disappointed that got finished. I wanted it to go forever and ever.

My first Stephen king disappointment. ITS hard to rate a short story collection, however I only found about 4 stories enjoyable and memorable. I originally picked this up for the monkey to compare to the movie. I loved that story. I also loved the mist! I have seen the movie adaptation a handful of times and was excited to finally read it! Other stories I liked was the story about the boy left alone with his grandmother and the very last story. If anything, read it for the mist and the monkey
