I really enjoyed this book. I listened to it in audio book format which I highly recommend. It’s read by the author who experienced the events of the book first hand. It’s an easy and entertaining listen.

The audiobook, read by Greg Sestero himself, makes a very mediocre book an absolute delight!

I was expecting parts and was not expecting others. This holds the complexities of human relationships but also what the US represents. Wiseau is American and I say that disrespectfully

This could have been 1,000 pages and I would have gobbled it up. A must-read for anyone who was gleefully sucked into the cult of The Room, even if only for a night. A should-read for anyone who enjoys Hollywood, the margins of Hollywood, the American Dream, quixotic artistic pursuits, delusions of grandeur, rich eccentrics, malapropisms and/or schadenfreude.

This was a really fun read (well, listen since I did the audiobook). I couldn’t put it down. Greg’s descriptions of people were brutal and funny, but there were some really tender moments as well. I really enjoyed this

a fun read, bts of the room and the man behind the room

I actually found this book hard to get through. It didn't really hook me but I wanted to finish it because I was planning to see the movie. It wasn't my go-to when I needed something to read. I'm clearly in the minority with my opinion though.

Reading a train wreck is always fun, but I’m undecided about Greg - how much of his hanging out with Tommy was because he genuinely liked Jim or because he was attracted to Tommy’s money and his potential to make Greg a movie star?

Now I need to watch The Room.
