One word...AMAZING. Gillian Flynn is a fantastic author who captivates her readers. This book has so many twists and turns that I left me hoping for another.

Holy molly, this book is surprisingly good. To be honest I decided to read this book because of all the fuss i kept hearing about this book, not to mention, its reputation for staying in New York Times bestselling for a quite long time. But I guess this book deserves it. Good job, Gillian Flynn. I'm going to see the movie next week.

Wow. I already knew the premise of this book but I was still so surprised by everything and was doubting what I knew. I had no idea how it was going to end and couldn't put it down. The characters are so intense and raw and just captivating.

This book had a very good plot with lots of twists and turns. Lots of good detail, but it ended a little too abruptly for me. It also contained more sexual references and F words than I like to read.

I'd absolutely recommend this book to anyone who likes mysteries or thrillers or mind twists.
I need to say: Woah. That was a crazy book.

I went through so many emotions and feelings throughout this book, I wanted to figure out what was going on, but I also didn't want it to end.

SpoilerUp until almost the end, I still didn't want Amy to get caught. I don't know if that makes me crazy or what considering she's a sociopath, but I still kinda felt bad for her. Then she killed Desi and I didn't like her so much after that. Let's just say, Nick and Amy deserve each other and I'm worried (fictionally worried, not really worried) for their baby.

There wasn't anything I disliked about this book, except for the cursing, but it seemed to flow okay with the characters. I think Gillian Flynn did a great job developing the characters of Nick and Amy, only letting us know what Amy wanted us to know when she wanted us to know it. I'm definitely going to look into reading her other books.

Gone girl is the kind of book that i will go back and re read every couple of months just to experience it again.

I’m a sucker for a crazy woman just absolutely wrecking a dumb man so this book really does it for me, and while i’m not saying what amy does is right…”good for her” you know!

also i think nick is the biggest idiot to ever exist.
