The emotional climax of the play doesn’t work because I don’t think John Proctor is redeemable.

I was very intrigued while reading this, and I thought it was fascinating that it expressed the dangers of unfounded accusations.

Very much just a book of girls lying, and I love that.

Genuinely so captivating, dramatic, and funny. I was assigned to read this for school and did not expect to enjoy it so much, but I knew nothing of the Salem Witch Trials prior to this book and was thoroughly entertained.

Really poignant portrayal of teen girlhood. I think that it was a really important allegory for the time and written well. Wasn't super engaging but also might be because I read it for school. Fan of the prose.

Read this for school as I’m doing a scene from it in drama. Really enjoyed it actually- easy to follow and it’s very engaging- always leaving you wondering what will happen next. Would love to see it onstage
