In retrospect, this is my least favorite book in the series. It also took the longest to read for me personally. The character development/deterioration was done so well, and the plot twist gave me whip lash.

So as is sometimes typical with sequels, this was definitely not as good as the first book. Still very enjoyable, page turning and written in a unique style, but lacking certain qualities of the first book. I found myself expecting more, and the twists and turns were easier to figure out. I also found myself not liking Pip in many instances, and I was disappointed with the lack of Ravi! Overall however, a good read.
