Another great story from Scott Snyder. My only complaint is that there is too little of Skinner Sweet. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Continues all the storylines from the first volume and adds some excellent new elements. Quality (if not particularly challenging) work.

Vol 2 was much better than vol 1. The story telling was a lot easier to track and much more cohesive which made for an enjoyable read. Also great illustrations!

Better than the first. The premise was unique (more so at least, than its predecessor). I liked seeing what Pearl was up to and the morally ambiguous Skinner Sweet.

Cash was an interesting enough character, but he fell into predictable, tropey territory again; down and out, noir detective with a heart of gold and a vulnerable baby at home. Definitely going to continue the series, really starting to get into it.

The plot thickens!! This story has layers on layers and I’m not really sure if we’re supposed to be rooting for sides or if clear front runners will emerge. He sneak peek on volume 3 has me feeling very intrigued looking forward to starting it soon.
