I wanted to read this book, because I love The movie and have been watching it for years. I honestly think that The movie and the changes that were made to the story is better than this book. I feel like the book moved to fast once they were together. I also love the idea of Jamie having the bucketlist in the movies and that bring the reason that she and Landon get married. The book focused too much on the religions aspect, which isn’t to my personal preference.

I love the movie, and I loved the book. There's really not much else to say. When I was in high school, I was obsessed with Nicholas Sparks, but surprisingly, I never read A Walk to Remember. It's a heartbreaking story, and I couldn't imagine being in Jamie's shoes, or Landon's, for that matter. Unlike many overly religious stories, this one didn't bug me because it was actually important to the story and not thrown in to cater to a specific religion.
