Jane Austen is clearly an amazing Author, and one of my favorites. She gives everyone a cocktail of wit, sarcasm, love, and hope every time you pick up her books, and you can't help but enjoy it every time.

An easy to digest Austen novel, that touches upon the themes of love, redemption and influence.

Austen's characterisation is outstanding, as she expresses a complete range of emotions for each individual, as well as examining the desires and motivations of the collective. Elizabeth is a standout character, as her condescension and intolerance off Anne's success make the narrative sweeter.
While predictable, the plot analyses gender roles and class in a trademark Austen style.
