Umm, excuse me, but I loved this book! Kinda reminded me of the Madison Kate series. Hadley is a badass, and I can't wait to find out what she's hiding! The Princes are scrumptious punks - West is my favorite! And that ending 🤯 Leaves you with more questions than answers (though I think Cams dad has something to do with it...)

  • broken trust is a good name for this shit show of a book because the idiot female main character keeps getting screwed over by these boys but then immediately trusts them again just to get screwed over MORE
  • like it was infuriating to read. like maybe i have excessive trust issues but this girl NEEDS more of that because she was way too naive and quick to forgive
  • the MMCs in this were jackasses and also just not at all memorable, like immediately after reading i had a hard time recalling like, anything about this book lol
  • it was also just way too unrealistic. like the whole “your fathers make you choose a girl to become your flavor of the month and ANNOUNCE IT IN LIKE A CEREMONY AT THE CAFETERIA DUDING LUNCH and everyone trips over themselves wanting to be her but i am special and quirky and different and don’t want to”
  • and when she rejected one who she’d been bonding with a bit because he thought she’d want to be his hookup of the month and announced she was next,, he then started fucking bullying the shit out of her because he felt rejected. that’s not hot. that’s abusive.
  • any satisfaction that came from the FMC’s revenge in this was taken away by the sheer stupidity she had forgiving these guys again and again just to get fucked over continuously. she overall made me angry as fuck
  • i’m surprised i was able to finish this but will never be coming back to it or any of the other books in the series again, because i do not consider them redeemable in any way shape or form

This is kinda a bully romance. Book one wasn’t bad but honestly I expected more from this series based on the reviews. The spice is great but the storyline left something to be desired.

I'm really enjoying this way- sailing through these books. Diving right into book 3. Loving the twists and turns in this series.

I just love an unapologetic heroine who gives zero fucks about everyone’s BS! Hadley Parker is a scholarship student at Pacific Prep Academy looking for a chance at a new life. The plan was to lay low until she graduates but when she catches the attention of the Princes, Hadley had no choice but to face the limelight.

I really liked Hadley because she was just chill despite all that she’s been through. The calm strength of this girl was admirable and it was amazing how she managed to stand her ground against Hawk, Mason, Cam and West.

I’m so glad not all the boys are active bullies to Hadley. They might not agree with each other’s actions, but I gotta admire their loyalty to one another. My favorite among the boys is Mason, and West is a close second.

After finishing this book, I still have so many questions unanswered and I’m so looking forward to the next book to know more about what really happened to Hadley. Kudos to R.A. Smyth for giving us a new reverse harem series to get excited about!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
