I've read this right after I finished the first volume because it ends with a major plot twist (which is actually where we are in the anime). We dig deep into Fushiguro's characters which I did not really like. I really liked this volume because of my new favourite character Gojou and also Sukuna himself. The fight scenes were really especially Gojou's. I think Gojou is probably the most interesting character and I get Kakashi vibes from him (That makes Itadori Naruto, Fushiguro Sasuke, and Kugisaki Sakura). Some people said the pace is slow but I think it is perfect. There were a lot of good "action" scenes in the first volume, so I can understand why people want more action scenes. I am happy with learning more about the world, the characters and then getting some action. The ending was okay in my opinion. In short, I really liked because of Gojou and also Sukuna. Good volume!
