A book written for children in language that a child can follow and comprehend. This book was simple and heartwarming. This is a book even adults can enjoy as it reminds us of the struggles that define every childhood. From your first encounter with the school bully, to the excitement of your first love, this book took me through a range of emotions. August Pullman and his closest confidants captivate you from page one.

I truly enjoyed the multiple perspective approach. Via's story was my favorite, and Miranda's, although short, was the perspective that reminds you that every child has a struggle behind them that motivates their actions, no matter how cruel and unnecessary they may seem.

This is a simple book that you can read in a weekend, but will have a lasting impact on your life well past the last page. Wonder is truly a wonderful piece of children's literature.

This book made me cry a few times. I enjoyed it, it's a quick read. I highly recommend parents to read it and share the book with their kids. Empathy. Kindness. Courage. Perspective.

despite it being a bit juvenile, this was a lovable, heart-warming story of family and kindness <3 if you're looking for a pleasant easy read, this is the novel.

I understand this is a kids book that’s supposed to teach empathy. But it felt too happy? I need more grift and emotional turmoil.

What a beautiful and wonderful book! ❤️ I needed to read something like this, and I have to admit that the end made me cry. I loved the character development, in just a year! And I love that we got to see different perspectives throughout the book. I would definitely recommend it!

"Choose kind."

I haven't blubbered this much over a book in a long time. It was amazing. I felt like I really got to the know the characters and they were all human.

such a cute middle grade story! i think the themes in this are translated so well for younger audiences. though, i don't think you have to be in a certain age range to enjoy this story. it's important for all of us to just be kind.
