Eh... lots of promise to the premise, but just wound up falling a bit flat. I think it's a book that needed a conclusive ending and the author wanted to leave it more open. I'm still not 100% sure if she actually killed anyone due to how unreliable she was as a narrator. I needed to know a bit more what to believe was real and what was drug-induced hallucinations.
