First off I am so grateful for StoryGraph, because it is literally the only app that I was able to truly realistically rate this book I adored this book, and the only reason it isn’t five stars is because the conflict sometimes dragged on a little too much for my liking. I was surprised by every plot twist, and every new development. Seeing the character development was honestly so heartwarming and made me so happy. I am truly so happy with the outcome of this novel

A great third installment in the CC series; absolutely should be read in order, and you really should read Throne of Glass and ACOTAR books before starting CC.

I didn't cry as hard as I did at the end of CC1, but there were definitely tears. Sarah J Maas has done it again.

This is not a bad book!!! It's just not the book a lot of us expected, and that's okay.

There were so many amazing things in this book that I ate up, and then there were some lazy plot devices used that I could have lived without (I'm looking at you, magic bean). I would say it is the weakest of the three CC books; however, it is still very much worth reading and annotating.
