I have never read a book like this before and I actually really enjoyed it. The plot was easy to follow and some of the characters were easy to either love or hate. I spoke easily so some things freaked me out but my curiosity won over my fear.

There were moments were I felt uncomfortable but this book was so much fun. Ghosts story was concluded beautifully so it’s opened the way for Dragons story.

The women empowerment in this book was so motivating and exactly what we need more of when we read. Kat Blackthorne did it all correctly!

Not like any why chose I've read

This book was different than any story I've ever read. Blythe is fleeing a troubled passed and just trying to stay safe. She finds herself in a very strange town while on the run. Everyone is beyond nice but rather strange she can't quite figure out this strange Halloween town.

This book had it all Demons, werewolves, vampire, witches and much more. Blythe is a plus size heroin with a bit of bad you know what you can't help but love. There are some supper smutty scenes that are top notch but the story is what hooked me. It had it all mystery, spice and a healthy dose of coziness. If you like anything paranormal and spicy you have found your next read.

Ahh!! This was such a fun read and I’m OBSESSED with the Halloween boys! I’m so excited to rest Onyx’s story!

I’m good

Too cheesy for me. I loved the vibes but the writing was too stiff and basic for me. Also the Venom comparisons were a bit cringy. Like- I like him too but it just felt weird.

lately, when people don't like books/or the writing of it they'll say it was like someone just published a fanfic, and i hate that. i have read some AMAZINGLY and beautifully written fanfic. but if they said it was bad fanfic, i could understand that. especially with this book. i REALLY wanted to like this book. it was advertised as a monster why choose romance and that is right up my alley (especially with the monster being advertised as basically Venom). it's getting two stars because i really liked Raven (not even an MC lol) and the basically ONE why choose scene towards the end of the book. the writing just felt clunky and not super great. im also very confused on how pirates are monsters?? why is he called ghost if he's a demon??? why do they call each other by literally what they are (besides ghost)?? they didn't call all the other wolf people Wolf?? just a lot of stuff i didn't understand why it happened. many lines had me rolling my eyes (not in a good way) with how cringey they were, and i usually love cringey lines. i don't know. i SO wished i liked this book, but i just couldn't.
