One of the best books I’ve read this year. I fell in love with Nancy and her tenacity and boldness. There’s a glut of WWII novels, but this felt fresh.

This was a really good book, obviously inspired by Nancy’s real story, which makes it a lot more impactful. I think she is a person more people should know about, and her preparation for WWII and not being blind to the rise of fascism is very important. 

The pacing of the book at first was kind of jarring, but once I got into it more, it was very cinematic and made for a really interesting introduction of characters.
