This was a wonderful book that I really enjoyed and was planning on giving 5 stars but the book sort of dragged on in the end and I just wanted to be done with it. Everything was pretty nice with useful information and I felt really inspired and motivated about halfway through.

I listened to the audio book and wish that I had been reading a kindle book instead so that I could easily highlight some of the more useful tips and information. I also had a few issue with the audio loosing my place and being forced to re-listen to portions which maaaay have added to the desire to just be done with it.

Again, its pretty inspiring with useful information on how to focus on what is essential and say no to things that don't support your bottom line.

I definitely picked up some tips from this book and plan on applying some of the principles to my daily life, but I don't think I will become a true essentialist. I admire those who can, but I feel like it is almost obsessive to try to only do what is essential, unless you absolutely have to make those cuts. A good read, but ironically enough, there are a surprising number of redundancies in the material, and halfway through the book, I felt like I basically got the message.

Breve, pero con ideas muy concretas. Muy interesante e importante para estos tiempos. Para leer y re leer.

the last quarter of this book felt like the prequel to Atomic Habits. “Less but Better” is a quote that has stuck with me since I read it at the start of the book. Such a good wisdom to set the tone for the rest of the book
