I guess not my kind of book - didn't finish it - don't plan on reading it.
I have never felt more deceived in my life. I have been played by this book. I have felt every f*cking emotion with this book. When I read what Liesel felt when she saw everyone die made me what to die a little. Especially the Rudy part because she finally gave him the kiss he wanted. When she called Rosa beautiful she finally admitted her love. When she put the accordion on Hans to play one last time it got me. This is by far one of my favourites everything about this book is great to me. But I do hope that Markus Zusak suffers in life for this emotional damage.

Took me over a year to read it as I kept stopping for months at a time. I found that I was slow at reading it. However, I really enjoyed it and when I finally sat down with it near the end, I loved it and couldn't put it down. Very interesting.
The most beautiful book I've ever read.
Not something I say lightly. But I've never been as deeply touched by a story, by a grouping of words. Simple, beautiful, thought provoking. Zusak is a wordsmith of the highest calibre. Each sentence lingers in my ears, my heart. Many tears were shed, mayne giggles escaped my lips, and so much was caught in my throat. Read it, read it again, pass it on, and read it to them.
Thanks you Mr Zusak. Thank you
