I got hooked into the tv series before the books, so I knew I would like the book.

Interesting, quick read

I went into this book with the tv series in mind, and everything is SO DIFFERENT.
That aside, it was a decent and quick read. Good to pass the time.

Wow. These girls really have some explaining to do. I really like the start to this series - I remember it's something that I had started getting in to during high school, but never really caught up. The drama of everything I think is a little much, especially to think of the things that these 7th graders (at the time) got away with, but for a quick and dramatic story with twists and turns and a sense of mystery, this is really where it's at. For me, I'd rank it closer to a 3.5 for pure entertainment value, but alas, no ranking system is perfect.
