So so so so good
5 stars.I might be biased, but I absolutely am in love with this book series and everything about it. the rugged Mcbride brothers. little old junebug and the mail order brides and the great Montana wildness.
I can't even pick a favorite out of the three novels they are grabbed my heart and won't let go. the love interest in this did get a bit on my nerves, always wanting others to be happy but not herself. usually, I dont like Westerners or anything really set in the past unless it has time travel, but the author has a way of making you feel that you're there and making it seem modern as well. overall, I highly recommend

I love The Bachelor-style romances and when I heard that we were being blessed with a third The McBrides Of Montana book with this trope, I was so excited! I do quite enjoy this series and this one was so good too. I loved the banter, the cowboy era America and the steamy romance that I love from Amy Barry. The only minor let downs were Junebug (I understand her existence as a character, but she’s so annoying) and the miscommunication trope. Other than that, a really good continuation of the series and I’m hoping for a book four or sequel series.

If Junebug is going to shenan-once, she's going to shenan-again! This time, Beau is on the receiving end of her mail-order bride ordering prowess.
This series keeps getting better and better. I adored Kit and Morgan's stories and Amy Barry has outdone herself with the "Bourbon Prince" himself, Beau. Mostly dismissed as just a pretty face, I loved how Beau who initially thinks there's not much else to want for in a wife than "symmetrical attractions", ends up having hidden depths himself.
Ellie was a beautifully written FMC. Her proclivity to putting other's happiness before her own was really relatable and her growth as a character was excellent. I'll also say that the chemistry and tension, oh my!
I also loved spending more time with my favourite meddling sister and the rest of the crew from the previous books. There is always such a great balance of plot and humour. I do hope to see more from this series, with a few more McBrides that need to get hitched and find their happily-ever-afters.
Thanks to Netgalley and Simon and Schuster Australia for the eARC of "Seven Brides for Beau McBride."

Loved it! Can someone please tell Amy Barry that we're going to run out of McBride brothers and I'm starting to panic? Please find more.
Beau was a great character. I wasn't looking forward to his as much as the others but it was brilliantly done. Junebug is junebug and creates all the enjoyment and chaos in the story. Diana and Ellie (and the other 5 brides) we're all great characters.
Really sweet and a perfect way to tune out.

Another fun read from Amy Barry! Beau McBride is determined to find himself a wife but but Junebug is certain that she can produce a much better wife than anyone he can rustle up given how successful her matrimonial machinations have been for her older brothers Kit and Morgan. And so a bet is created: If she can find a better wife than Beau, he will take her to see a circus but is she doesn't she is going to be mucking out the stables all year long. So Junebug does the only logical thing: She orders up not one, not two but six brides for Beau to get to know. Beau is certain that he has found the one himself and when she arrives on the same train as one of Junebug's things get complicated. Especially as Junebug's bride and Beau's bride are the best of friends and both are expecting to get married!
This is sheer escapist fun, don't expect historical accuracy with attitudes of the characters (some of the conversations and phrasing are definitely anachronistic) but this doesn't really matter as the story itself is lots of fun. Junebug is always an entertaining character and the ending promised more McBride chaos to come.
