ELITE BANTER. god the start was addicting like i just didn't know what to expect from a comedy involving serial killer yk??? i honestly thought it would be an easy 5 stars but it just didn't stay the same for me after about half way :( i should emphasise NOT a big issue but i just didn't expect the amount/level of smut HAHAHAHA like it just felt out of place for me the first time cus it was intense yk after all the cynical shit and games and laughs. overall SUCH A GOOD TIME

Uggh this read was amazing. Rowan had me ready to risk it all! 😩

This is a love story between two vigilante serial unalivers so, obviously, you're going to be dealing with pretty dark themes. Ensure to check the content warnings to make sure you're okay with what you're getting yourself into. The MCs have major issues and tragic pasts but this is honestly one of the cutest love stories I've ever read. Yes, there are triggers and it'll probably be a while before you can eat Cookies & Cream icecream again but it's so worth it to experience the beautiful chaos that is Butcher & Blackbird.  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This work has charming banter, steamy scenes, and a HEA. I think the relishing of murder and violence even against serial killers with details just personally was unappealing to me.
