I'm actually super bummed that this was the conclusion for Calla and Jonah. I feel like this story did not wrap up the way it should have, and I'm sorry, but I have no interest in reading a book about wanna-be homewrecker Marie (which is where the story continues).

My favorite quote from this novella brings me right back to the first book, which was my favorite in the series:
"When I hear the buzz of a plane overhead, I like to think it’s Wren Fletcher, doing what he loves most, flying high over the mountains, over the land he loved so deeply. He just doesn’t need to land anymore."

This holiday novella has the coziest cabin vibes! I needed more of Calla and Jonah. It was fun reading about their first Christmas together in Alaska and a glimpse into their future.
