In this cute novella that concluded Jonah and Calla’s portion of the Alaska Wild story, they’re having quite a few relatives over to stay with them for Christmas, and negotiating wedding plans. As in, imagine two meddling mothers trapped in a small cabin with you while both want you to have your wedding in their hometown instead of where you currently live. Awkward! This had all the makings of a great Alaskan romance. Quirky Alaskan men. And women. Moose roadkill! (loved it!) And Jonah and Calla got their happy ending. And I am sooo happy to see another favorite side character will be continuing this series. This is one of my favorite KA Tucker series and I love Alaskan romances!

I liked spending a bit more time with Calla and Jonah in Alaska. The cosy Christmas vibes were nice, and plenty happened in the short few pages. I think it could have even been a full-fledged book if there had been a bit more detail.
K. A. Tucker has done it again.
Calla & Jonah are characters that I’ll keep coming back too. Their story is one that’ll be a comfort for me.
This novella documents their Christmas with family and introduces us to their future plans. I’m not sure how Tucker packs so much into a novella, but man.. it was an emotional ride. Ups & downs & back again.
I can’t wait to see what happens next for them in Running Wild, Marie’s story.
