I have a really big love, hate relationship with this book and the seires. I do love the characters but most are extremely grey-black. Its also always the men being the morally black characters so I just sometimes cant get over how these 'men' treat the people they say they love. Then I remember that it is just a book and not the serious.

Legitimately most of the drama could have been avoided if people just talked to one another. BUT the possessive and irrational passion was enjoyable to listen to.

What the hell did this book turn into 🫥
It’s safe to say that I’m beyond disappointed here…this book HAD SO MUCH <i>POTENTIAL!!</i> Not half way through it all escalated. I thought it was going to be a 5 star at first!! The dynamic was fabulous and everything was roses and violets until half way through it was just drama drama and <i>DRAMA</i>. I’m not a hater for drama but it was all just over the top…
I think it might be one of the worst of this series imo judging by the vibes of the rest 😭 but I’ll have to read them and see.

This book was better than the first . I tolerate Creighton more than Killian.

The shooting drama and the kidnapping to the island, was very chaotic. Made me question everything.

I couldn't get over the age gap. There was consent in this one or at least from what I remember compared to the last one. 
A 17 and a 20 year old though? That's just weird and very creepy.
