Mob Psycho 100 Volume 16

ONE

4.72 AVERAGE

4/5 Stars (%77/100)

As I mentioned before many times, I was hesitant about these last few volumes but the ending was really worth it. This whole ???% Arc was really interesting since we got to see many characters try to help Mob (Teru as his rival, Claw members, Boss and Shou, Body Improvement Club, and finally Ritsu and Reigen). Reigen comes with a clutch at the end (similar to that %1000 gratitude part before). It is also weird that everything pretty much happened because of Tsubomi (not this arc the whole plot of Mob Psycho 100). We make a full circle and come back to Tsubomi only to see Mob leaving her behind finally. It was great to see Mob laugh as he finally accepted his self and show his emotions. In short, though some of the volumes (mainly 13, 14, and 15) had serious problems, I liked the ending. It was a great journey overall.

MOB! MOB! WHAT DO U WANT

(5 stars for the whole series I just can't be bothered rating them all individually)

A terrific finish to a great series.

It was all in all a great ride. A very beautiful and humbling story about how we are all different but equal, about the importance of friendship and support and how lucky some of us are to have great people around us.

A read that went beyond entertainment and really taught me some things too.
fast-paced

Great conclusion to a great manga! My favorite thing about ONE is his ability to write details in the story that feel inconsequential but ultimately come back around in a big way. Not gonna lie I teared up a bit during the last arc, and once again was surprised about how this story makes us think about what it means to be a good person and encourage us to do our best. I love these characters so much and I can’t wait for season 3 of the anime!
