A heartwarming short story.

I picked out this audiobook on a whim since I needed something to occupy a drive to and from another town. I was expecting some mild horror to be present in this novella, but I was pleasantly surprised to find such a heartwarming story.

While the main protagonist, Scott Carey, is dealing with
his weightlessness phenomena
, the underlying themes of friendship and acceptance are highlighted throughout the story.

i like how this book stands out from some of Stephen kings other novels instead of having a main focus on the creepy or scary side of things this focuses on friendship and living life to the full for what you have left.

This was one of those King books I tried to read multiple times. This time, it finally took. I didn't love it but I did enjoy the characters and the shortness of this. Also, it was relatively diverse for a King novel.
