The Fall by Louise Jensen is an interesting and twisty tale of family secrets following two 40 year old twins and their daughters.

When Caily ends up in the ICU following a fall from a bridge, her family are torn apart by secrets and lies. While there is worry that Caily may never be the same again, they really should be wondering if the family will be the same again.

I honestly enjoyed this book although at times the plot was too convenient and unrealistic. However the twists were unexpected and there was an ending that you would never expect.

To me this was a mystery that reminded me of sitting in front of the tell watching a low stakes crime show or thriller on ITV. This is something I love and would generally be a 5 star read but I couldn’t bring myself to rate it so highly when there were no consequences for some of the characters and there were still plot holes that weren’t really tied up properly or where just conveniently resolved with no consequences.

**I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. My review is made freely and is solely my opinion.
