If you're thinking of getting into Shibari this book will give you an introductory to the kink lifestyle as well as the tips you'll hear constantly regarding safety. It gives you tips about warming up your body as well as things you should do as a (maybe) future rope bunny. It does not go over knot types for SAFE self-tying but there's plenty of other resources for this as this is mostly just for bunnies and not their riggers.
