Plot picks up
This book was slower for me to get into. I don’t know if I’m just more distracted with all the COVID news or if it’s the book. The beginning just felt like it lagged a lot... lot of her pushing against them. Her day to day routine of keeping people out, them stalking her, her giving in, then feeling bad/mad, pulling away...etc. don’t get me wrong some of those scenes were so hot...even in the library when it’s more foreplay...

I like this book. It hasn’t given me the complete reverse harem vibes that I want yet. But the ending oohhhh

I really disliked this book but it was pretty short so i pushed through and honestly happy i finished because that ending made me download book 2 so fast…. I hated how quickly everything happened at the beginning i had zero emotional connection to any of the characters but by like 80% through I loved ayla so on we go to book 2
Like every book by this author, everything is very excessive, the plot, the characters, the words, but I keep on reading it...
