I don't think I got as deep with this book as I did the others by Hesse that I read. I felt that Siddhartha's development was weaker than say, Goldmund or the Steppenwolf. I definitely mean to re-read this though.

This is a beautifully read and written audiobook.
I think I needed to be in the mood to fully appreciate it as my mind wandered too often.
Recognizing its value, I would like to reread this one day.
