I still believe this is about the Targaryen civil war!
I really liked it and I want to read more of these type of stories. Who says fairytales are for little children only?
Eu discordo. Ainda tem muito a palmilhar para tal.

Good, short fantasy, though some of the specific events, references, and emotions are probably not matched to the level of the language.

This was the first piece of fiction I read in a novella format if my guess is correct. I don't have much to say here except it was really atmospheric reading this book, I damn near felt the snow flakes melting into my skin, and of course there was the dragon.

I did not enjoy this book. most of it lacks detail, simply giving a summary of the girl's life. When it does start to describe a specific time, the descriptions are of death and gruesome things. The book ended somewhat suddenly and not in a very satisfying way. I like the concept of the basic storyline but feel it wasn't executed very well.
this is not set in westeros and in the asoiaf canon, but i still think it was good imagining it was. there are mentions of some places, like the land of always winter, and some themes that are used in the asoiaf books that gave me a nostalgic feeling toward that series. once, the narrator said "winter fell" and i jumped thinking he was taking about, well, winterfell. haha
it's a 50 minute audiobook, great to listen just before you go to sleep.
