This was cute and entertaining enough that I want to read the other two just so I have some resolution on things. I do feel like I had some whiplash with the two main characters feelings for each other and the nursery plot seemed intense for the small town cutesy romance vibe going on. But I liked it enough that I’ll read the next one for sure.

Pretty tame mystery but I enjoyed it. This is a new to me author and am looking forward to the next one.
The narrators weren't bad but better at 1.25 speed.

Wow! I could not put this book down. This was such a quick, fun and easy read. I always like Denise's characters and stories and Maddie was another awesome character. I love Maddie and Noah and the town! The story will keep you on the edge of your seat (I couldn't stop reading!) 5 stars for sure and I can't wait until the next book in the series.

This is the first book in a brand new series by Denise. This book I couldn’t get enough of. There was definitely mystery and stinky sandwiches.
Uber rides and murder, and shady cops.

I can’t wait to see what happens next.
