Very enjoyable, cute book. Great characters. Tore through it.
Katie Chandler has a dead-end job as an executive assistant for an office despot. Barely surviving on the pittance she is paid and with coworkers are too cowed to stand up to their boss, she decides it's time to find another job.
Luckily, or unluckily for her, MSI Inc. is actively targeting her for recruitment...but if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Then one day she finally snaps at her boss and quits. With little choice left she takes the job on offer and plunges into a world of wizards, witches and magic.
Enchanted Inc. is light and fluffy entertainment. It requires zero commitment but still manages to be fun and entertaining. Think Sex in the City meets Harry Potter and you'll have a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Fun magic story for adults. I loved the premise. The end seemed a bit too easy, but since there are more books, I'm assuming there will be more showdowns with this villain. I liked the humor and the hint of romance. Looking forward to the next book.
Fun! Light and creative. A different approach for the magic genre - someone completely un-magical. Katie rises pretty fast and has a lot of successful business- and life-saving ideas, which isn't really believable. But this book is imaginative and entertaining.
Nice light and fluffy, funny with some serious bits.
(exactly the type of book I needed to read after The Hunger Games).

Rom-com urban fantasy. Fast paced, funny. Light read. Good distraction for a gloomy winter day. Katie Chandler moves to NYC looking for excitement. Instead she winds up in a dead end job working for an ogre of a boss...until everything changes. She winds up working at MSI Inc (Magic Spells and Illusions Inc) as an immune...magic doesn't affect her at all, a rare talent that allows her to see through illusions and deceptions. I am looking forward to reading more in the series.
Torn between a 3 and a 3.5 out of 5. It starts out slow and ends sort of flatly, but its still a fun fluffy read. The heroine is a very likeable and its quirky and fun so I would definitely recommend it. Some of the dialogue made me snort out loud, which is kinda awkward when you are on a bus and all. I will definitely pick up book two to see if with experience the writer flushes out things a little more. Again I am not dissing the author in any kind of way, because as you can probably tell, I am not much of a writer. Just a heads up that I think the series has a lot of potential but there are some weak points.
