Romance finds the last member of Quench in an likely fashion with an even more unlikely guy. Enemies become co-workers that become so much more when they figure out that their impressions of each other were way off base. Tessa and Ford will make the readers laugh and will keep them entertained. While not my favorite in the series it was still a great read and ends the series with all three woman getting their HEA.

Two people with absolutely no feelings for each other other than loathing come together when Ford decides he needs to get one of Tessa's famous makeovers to win the woman he loves or lusts for. Tessa and Ford are godparents to the same little girl, so getting along would be in everyone's best interests, but it's hard. Especially when this little experiment finds them with some very unwelcome feelings for each other. I mat be in a slump, but I found this one a little too predictable and found myself not very invested in finishing it. However, please do not take opinion as gospel, it may definitely appeal to most fans of these tropes!

This was read was ok, it wasn’t my favourite by this author but it still had moments that were enjoyable. Tessa the MFC was a bit much and actually a bit annoying, she seemed mean and a bit snobbish. Ford just seemed to be too slow paced and maybe too nice for Tessa. But as I read along I started liking the two, the banter between them was great and I enjoyed how they got to know each other first and they took their time figuring out they where perfect for each other. Like I said not my favourite but I did enjoy it in the end.

This book was just ok for me, nothing special nothing bad just ok. not really sure why but I was not really connecting to the story and characters as much as I do with other books.

I voluntarily received a free copy from NetGalley and all opinions are my own

I probably would not recommend this book to my family or friends

I just could not like either of the main characters in this book. To be honest, I DNF'd this story at about 40% but I just couldn't do anymore. I urge readers to form their own opinion. I have loved other books/series by this author. Just not this one...

okay so I wanted to take a few days to process this book before writing my review because I'm not that great at writing reviews

I love the idea of this book. Enemies, to friends, to lovers. That's probably my favorite trope I love when things take time and they don't just jump right in. The side stories in this book were also so stinking cute. I want an entire book on Mike and Emma as well as Tessa's uncle.

Now, this won't be a long review. Overall I wish the happy endining in this was them not being together. Tessa deserved SO much better and she really threw her entire self away at the end for a guy named FORD?
Tessa told Ford from the start exactly how this would play out and no matter how you look at it he STILL chose Tessa second. She was not the first choice and it makes me really sad that for how set in her ways she was she really fell for a man who "loved" someone from a distance for two years while refusing to listen to anything you say.

Three stars for the side stories and I really did love Tessa I just wish she had stayed true to herself

Thank you to Net Galley for the advanced copy of this book. This is the third in the Twist of Fate series. It addresses the final lady in the Quench business partnership. I have enjoyed all of the books in this series, and this last book wraps up the series nicely. The main female character Tessa comes across on the outside like a totally confident in charge person. However, like so many people when you get past the outer layer there are insecurities on the inside. Ford, the main male character also appears on the outside to exude confidence, however he too has his insecurities. It is a great read to see how these two confident stubborn people who originally dislike each other find common ground and move towards a better relationship. I also again enjoyed the back story of Emma and Mike plus reading about the previous characters in the past books and the progression of their romances. All in all this was a great story and worth the read.
