Wow! What a clever book rich with characters and a smart ending
The plot interested me from the beginning as it touches on themes I'm quite fond of, but the way the book centers the story around deep characters made this really enjoyable and I couldn't stop listening and then when you think you know how things will end, the ending is just clever, particularly in the audio version.
Can't recommend this book enough. So glad this one was one of my first reads of the year, hope it's a good omen.
This one was an audiobook for me (Audible) and my only complaint was the narrator and his tendency to do accente for non-American characters and not doing them great by the way.
Verdict:Instant candidate for one of my favourite books of the year.
Watch out for: Military jargon in some points.
Format: Audiobook
