Colette! How fun to read this collection at the tail end of the most tumultuous period of wrestling in ages. Arrand distills the confounding art of professional wrestling and the potent jabs that it takes at its audience into well-crafted and effective poems that (though I am biased) could reel a casual or curious fan into the intoxicating world of professional wrestling. Though deeply personal, I think that this collection would resonate with any generation of wrestling fans and our shared experience of latching onto these stories...sometimes to the detriment of our own mental health.
