I really loved it from this perspective. Jasper is the real MVP and I think he got looked over in the first book and the movie. I loved getting more background into the thoughts of people around them as well. Carlisle’s background story, a little more insight into Rose’s thoughts as well. A good read and I’m glad she finished it!
more of a nostalgia read. could have been a 4 if Edward hadn’t turned into an oblivious edgelord after the big slurp- but I suppose he had to have a weakness and it was his own ego. also some casual ableism in the epilogue?
