I really don't like that Chiaki just kissed her like that without permission, especially when he knows that she likes someone else. At least Riku just kissed her on the cheek, and felt really guilty about it afterwards. He also gets points for saying that, since he was rejected once, he's not going to confess to her again unless he's completely sure that he won't be bothering her--GOOD MAN, THERE. And yet, I very much get the feeling that Ten is going to end up with Chiaki in the end...not super thrilled with that for the above reasons, but what can ya do. =_=

Ten debates whether or not to tell Riku she likes him now and how things might change. Chiaki is acting weird around Ten and still trying to be friends with Riku who is annoyed that Chiaki wants to be friends with him while they are rivals for Riku. Chiaki and Riku go shopping and Riku realizes Chiaki doesn't really have friends. At sports day Chiaki and Ten go to see Riku compete. Ten tells Chiaki she likes Riku and Chiaki kisses her and asks her to consider him as a boyfriend.
I am pretty much continuing reading this series just to see what happens between Chiaki and Riku's friendship. It's silly and weird, but I'm here more for that than the romance honestly.

This volume really packs a punch with the love triangle. I am IN LOVE with this series now (officially). I love the art style, still very beautiful and consistent. I love the characters and how they are learning more about themselves and growing. I cannot even tell you how many times I was screaming or gasping while reading this one. Highly highly highly recommend for fans of shojo and love stories!
