I was very pleasantly surprised by this book! The narration was great and the production was fantastic. I love when sound effects are used in audiobooks. He’s a great story teller with funny stories and he knows it. You can hear him half-laugh at moments recalling some memories. I appreciated the bits of political content he dropped such as his privilege of consuming drugs as a white man and how rampant hatred on Twitter has real life consequences. Would recommend, particularly as an audiobook.

Minor: Injury/Injury detail, Mass/school shootings, Panic attacks/disorders, Gun violence, and Religious bigotry

Honestly I’m shocked I liked this book so much because I don’t really love his movies, but after reading this I actually really like him as a person( as much as you can a celebrity). I honestly laughed a lot and learned about a lot of his background and history. What made me really enjoy this was his commentary on antisemitism and gun control and talking about prominent people like Kanye West and Trump which I found interesting. Also hearing about his different experiences with drugs was kind of fascinating. I still found the majority of his movies stupid though. He did bring up James Franco quite a few times and I’m not sure when his scandal happened and when this book was published but nothing was said about that which is kind of upsetting.

Discusses his experiences with racism and antisemitism, as a Jewish man through out the book. Explicit mentioning of different drugs and drug use. Some NSFW content (there's a chapter about when he discovered porn as a teenager, and while it's not super graphic for Seth Rogen, still not safe to listen to around children or at work). Overall he sounded very self-aware and much more intelligent than the roles he plays in movies reflect him to be. I would highly recommend the audiobook, he has a good narrator's voice and I believe he had celebrities voice their lines in most of the stories he told about them that involved dialouge. I didn't find this to contain any sexist/racist/ otherwise problematic offensive content, which is always a good suprise coming from a comedians memoir.
Graphic: Drug use
Moderate: Antisemitism, Dementia, Hate crime, Mass/school shootings, and Sexual content
Minor: Alcohol, Bullying, Fatphobia, Mental illness, and Terminal illness

In Yearbook, Seth Rogen* - actor, writer, producer, filmmaker, comedian, vase extraordinaire** - shares a number of different memories from his youth, career, & adult life that may elicit serious thought or may send you into a fit of laughter. Either way, the experience is enjoyable.
As this is a personal history, I won't make judgements on what Rogen shared. Who am I to judge a life? What I will say is that this book was incredibly entertaining & sometimes even a little heartwarming. It was nice to read about this loveable goofball's adventures (he's had a lot) as well as his serious opinions on some of the major topics our world has had to face recently. His memories are bookended by his personal thoughts & opinions which are nicely wrapped in snarky, funny, or concise statements that make you chuckle or nod before moving on. No preaching, just acknowledgement & understanding & humor. However, Rogen does get very real with serious issues he's personally had to deal with like anti-Semitism, the whole The Interview debacle, & Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey - there are entire chapters dedicated to some of these topics. Still, Rogen strikes a nice balance between these more difficult topics & his wild adventures, keeping you aware of his stance & entertaining you soon after.
I read this book using both the ebook & audiobook - I think it's better consumed that way. The audiobook includes Rogen's amazing voice as well as voice acting & sound effects for certain passages, which amplifies how much you will enjoy his stories. The book includes pictures that Rogen acknowledges at times during the audiobook & his commentary is just delightful. I kind of regret not getting a physical copy of this one - hopefully I can pick one up soon. I recommend that you pick up a copy as well...
...UNLESS you aren't a fan of his humor. The same content and language warnings you might see on his movies count toward this book. Reader discretion is advised.
*Rogen - I've seen reviews where people misspell his last name? And multiple times meaning it's not just a typo. It's Rogen, not Rogan. It's on the book. In big letters.
