I was able to listen to this wonderful audio book narrated by Shane East and Samantha Brentmoor. They both did an amazing job. Nice transition between the two nicely.
Aw Harrison Rae…..They had it in for each other. Miss speak her mind and Harrison the billionaire who owns the club she is going to work for for the up coming weeks must get along. Now this is a cliffhanger. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series to see what happens to Rae and Harrison. I received this ARC through the publisher and I am voluntarily reviewing this book, opinions are my own

Big bad multi club owner Harrison met his match in Rae that’s for sure. Who knew standing up against him would turn both their worlds upside down. I love the chemistry between them even if they start out hating each other. I can’t wait to see where their story goes! ❤️

I wanted to like this billionaire/ employee romance, but it have me  50 Shades vibes.

Ugh wish I had noticed it was a multi book relationship as the ending was unsatisfactory and I don't think I care to read the other books.

I was immediately pulled in to this story right from the beginning. After Rae decides to stand up for something she believes her reputation is destroyed and she decides take a DJ job in Ibiza and later learns that she was hired by the same guy that ruined her, Harrison King.

Rae and Harrison’s chemistry is off the chart despite not liking each other very much and the verbal sparring between them was entertaining. I love them watching them get to know each other and she realizes there is a lot more to him than a rich guy that doesn’t care. They have an undeniable connection and I really enjoyed these characters.

Samantha Brentmoor does an amazing job at bringing out Rae’s strength and Shane East is perfect as the broody club owner. Together they bring Rae and Harrison to life and I cannot wait to hear more from these two in this trilogy.

When it comes to cliffhangers, I'm batting a thousand this week. So far, Piper Lawson has made the biggest impact with the last few lines of Beautiful Enemy. I'll admit that I was just listening away, enjoying Samantha Brentmoor's and Shane East's stellar narration, as well as the push and pull between Harrison and Rae. I got wrapped up in the story and didn't realize how close it was to the end, so I ended up thinking there was a problem with playback. There wasn't an issue with the playback. The issue was me being so caught up in these characters and being left hanging! I'm fairly new to Piper Lawson, but I'm quickly learning how talented she is and how quickly one can fall into her stories. I'm invested here. Harrison and Rae sometimes seem like an unlikely pair, but once you scratch the surface, it's not so hard to understand what draws them to each other. I also enjoyed the premise of this one. There are a couple of different things going on for both characters, and it's all intriguing. It's all the kind of stuff that makes me want answers. I hesitate to call this a series. I think I saw it called a trilogy. Either way, it has the feel of a saga. All I know for sure is I need more of Harrison and Rae.

I really liked where this book was going lots of building the relationship and story with this being a series but I did enjoy the sexual tension and banter between Rae and Harrison. Rae being a DJ was a cool element that I have not read before and really liked.

listening to the early copy of the audiobook I think made me like this book more than i expected. I love listening to Shane East, talk about and eargasm!

Looking forward to see where Rae and Harrison end up over the next books!
