I’m a sucker for a fake-dating to genuinely falling in love trope, and the brunt of the book was great. However found the ending a little rushed and flat- reaches the last page and felt “is that it?”

Fun but disappointingly predictable

I wanted to enjoy this book, but I was never surprised by it, and that was disappointing. The genre predicts that, but I had higher hopes for this book. Still a fun read, though.

DID NOT FINISH

The similarities between this story and P & P made the differences glaring and frustrating. The idea of characters based off Elizabeth and Darcy liking Harry Potter just feels weird to me 🤷‍♀️

I’ve said this before but I wish goodread had a “0.5” option because this book was more than a 4 ⭐️, but not quite a 5⭐️. Super cute
