This book felt a little too long - the middle dragged on after a while. That being said it was still great! It just felt a bit slower than it needed to at times.

royal assassin aka regal walks into shrewd's room with a shotgun and shoots both his kneecaps after which fitz is like "umm guys we all saw that right i think regal is trying to kill the king" and everyone else is just SHOCKED because Fitzchivalry you can't say that...regal is your prince that is treason fitzchivalry...
