This was my first John Green novel and honestly, this book was an amazing experience! I finished it in two days, and
Spoilerwhen Alaska died
I couldn't stop crying. It's just one of those books where you think you know what may happen, but it ended with something totally different happening.

Alaska was a great character. She was young, reckless, strong-willed, and feminist. I loved her to death. "You're cute, but I love my boyfriend!" Honestly, that's how some girls are. She was a girl who had the world in front of her, and a past behind her. That's what I like in my characters. Pudge was wonderFUL, as were all the other characters.

And to sum it all up was the humor. All in all this book was great, and I would not hesitate to pick it up.
