My godddd this book was so good. I love this series and getting to know all of the characters has been such a journey.

this book was amazing! had me giggling and kicking my feet and all that. rhys 😳😳 lawd.. ana huang does such a good job at mixing amazing romance with amazing characters and amazing plot/twists. she has not yet failed to surprise me and make me gasp and freak out. i couldn’t decide whether or not i liked bridget at first, but she’s a girlboss. also bridget is mirrorball!!!! idk why i was so.. surprised i guess and excited when other twisted characters showed up, as if it’s not a series in the same universe in the same friend group.. it just made me feel so giddy. this book went by too quick, but i loved it!

Twisted Games (Second book of the twisted serie by Ana Huang

How the first book felt like a teen movie, the Twisted Games book certainly grew up to be me more adult. Ana Huang did it again, turning an old but successful story line into a pageturner for me, only this time I was definitely less annoyed by cheesy conversations or the teen-ish behavior of the characters as they were absent in this book.
A princess and her bodyguard, a love that cannot happen but as a good romance story should be, it will. In this second book, Ana Huang also has two narrators in her story. Only this time the narration of the guy, felt more believable. Maybe it also had to do with the fact that Rhys was in his thirties and his story felt more real to me. As Ava in the first book was very young in her way of thinking and behavior, was Bridget in this book way more adult and serious. They both collected slowly a part of my heart, reading their story. The plottwist was predictable, but this time I didn’t mind. I loved that the some of the characters from the first book also came back in this story, it really makes you feel to be a part of the complete story. The SMUT scenes in this book, also didn’t disappoint and it was not an overdue. The moments shared were fitting in the story and definitely had my cheeks colored red for multiple times.
Just like the first book, Ana Huang gifted us an extended epilogue and I cannot address it enough, but I looove a satisfying epilogue of the story. I mean, ending with a “and they lived happily ever after” is such an anticlimax.
Yet again, a book from Ana Huang read in one day, but this one was by far a better one than the first. Maybe it had to do with a low expectation now, but fact is, I couldn’t stop reading even when de alarm clock announced that it was way past my bedtime.
Looking forward to part three now.

Another hit. I loved the first book in this series and I loved this book just as much. I cannot wait to continue with the next book. This series is beyond worth the hype so far.

Бріджет і Різ - моя улюблена пара серії!
Це було дуже-дуже-дуже добре. Мені так сподобалось, я пищала на деяких моментах. Різ, я на колінах (ю ноу).
Мені сподобалися відносини головних героїв від початку до кінця. Їх боротьба між собою, дружба, намагання стриматися, жарти, хімія, сцени 18+, їх боротьба вже разом за спільне життя. Ну це вау. Повний захват!
