I enjoyed this book a lot more which is a good thing considering the author's other books were mostly dnfs. Rhys and Bridget's relationship was cute and what kept me on edge was the angst and drama. Was a bit cringy at times though. I wheezed at the "Long may she reign crap". It sounded so archaic. Just my personal opinion tbh.

Love the body guard slow burn this book was. There were for sure moments that were so unrealistic but because it was written so well I didn’t care and loved the whole thing!
