Brittney Cooper created a safe space within this book—a space that transforms rage into power. She didn’t hold back, making it clear that I don’t have to either. My Blackness, my rage, my passion, and my love aren’t things to be controlled or silenced.
Cooper's writing is comical, matter-of-fact, and raw in a way that can only be celebrated. To read this book is to be heard, seen, and recognized. She not only discusses but also shines a light on our relationships within our own community, specifically those with Black men, as well as our relationships within feminism, the church, and sisterhood.
She doesn’t just break down these complex dynamics; she elaborates on them with depth and nuance. If this is how I feel after reading her book once, I will have to add "Eloquent Rage" to my list of books to read every year.
This book is a powerful testament to the strength found in embracing one's rage and turning it into a force for positive change.

I am going to give the hard copy version of this a shot, because, quite frankly I can't see how a lot of this can be considered radical feminism.
