I really liked this book! I loved the vibe of a small ice cream stand and even though it's the middle of winter and rained the entire time, I really put myself into the summer setting.
This book isn't heavy on the romance so if that is something you're looking for, I would suggest looking elsewhere. It's more about saving the stand and friendship tension while unveiling the mystery of the original owner.
My only real problem with the book is that it's written in third person. That may seem like a nonissue but for me personally, I really dislike when contemporaries are told in third person for some reason. Every now and then it would really take me out of the story to figure out who "she" is before remembering it's written in third person.
